Way to add ' ; ' to blocks of code at once

Is there a way to remove the output of blocks of code at once similar to highlighting the code and selecting the comment or uncomment in the Editor of the toolbar or does one have to manually put them end after each command?

Manually

(unless, that is, you switch to an external editor that has additional facilities. If you do, then be sure to put the ; before start of comments, and be sure not to put the ; on continuation lines.)
