Hi everyone, I'm trying to model a CSTR flow tank in simbiology. I have a tank with Specie B and E (enzyme) in it. Then there is continuous constant flow of E (with E0 concentration) with K0 (1/sec) rate. I want to model the below reaction:
A + 2 B -> 3 B Kf
rate law= -Kf*a*b^2 + K0*(E0-E)
Now my questions:
How should I model the constant flow of E?

Can you tell us how you mathematically want to model the constant flow of E? Then, we might be able to help you figure out how to implement that mathematical model in SimBiology.
