How to find the motion trajectory of an object which is partially occluded in a video sequence? For example in the 2 frames below. When there's no occlusion, it can be found from the displacement of the centroid of the object.

how do you know the bat is not coming to you?
rewording: 2D trajectory or 3D trajectory?

In this case, I assume it's 2D trajectory, and the bat is not coming to me.
