detection of 2 points

i need to find the two different points in a line image..can anyone help me with the code...

Did you show us your image? Did you explain what was special about those two points? Is ginput(2) not good enough? Why not? We can help with code but, until they release that long awaited mind reading toolbox, you have to do your part:
