using the "vline" function in a histogram

I'm trying to insert a break point horizontal line in 2 histograms. The line commented out in the script below didn't work. What am I doing wrong in terms of using vline? Thanks.
% control condition
nbins = 15;
histfit (resultC{13}*100, nbins)
title('Probability Distribution for Control Condition')
xlabel('Percentage Accuracy')
ylabel('Number of Permutations')
*% h = vline(resultC{3},'g','Classification Accuracy')*
% experimental condition
figure()
nbins = 15;
histfit (resultE{13}*100, nbins)
title('Probability Distribution for Experimental Condition')
xlabel('Percentage Accuracy')
ylabel('Number of Permutations')

Define "didn't work." Did it throw an error (and if so, what was the full text of that error message, everything in red?) Did it issue a warning (and if so, everything in orange?) Did it do something else (and if so, explain in more detail?)

vline() is not a Mathworks-provided function.
You can find vline as part of several File Exchange contributions, including https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/18796-advanced-hline-and-vline
