Invalid ADAPTOR specified. Type 'imaqhwinfo' for a list of installed ADAPTORs. Image acquisition adaptors may be available as downloadable support packages.

Respected all, On using the command,

info=imaqhwinfo('winvideo')

I am getting the following error:

Invalid ADAPTOR specified. Type 'imaqhwinfo' for a list of installed ADAPTORs. Image acquisition adaptors may be available as downloadable support packages. Open Add-Ons
Explorer to install additional adaptors.

Now to cross check whether the "Image acquisition toolbox" is installed or not, i used th ecommand "ver", and it shows that the toolbox is installed. Also, from the support package installer, I have installed the following packages:

1: Image Acquisition Toolbox Support Package for OS Generic Video Interface
and 
2: Image Acquisition Toolbox Support Package for DCAM Hardware

But the problem still exists!!

I am using MATLAB 2017 and Ubuntu 2014. Thanks Regards
