Extraction of Duty Ratio of a PWM in matlab

Hello,
Could anybody please help me as to how can I extract the duty ratio of a PWM wave I am getting from the simulink.

In R2012a in the Signal Processing Toolbox, there is a new function dutycycle.

Thanks Wayne.. I don't have this version of MATLAB. May I know if there is any other way I can use this in R2010a ?
