How can run or include an external dll library and its C++ header files in MATLAB

I want to include Watson a MIT project (<http://groups.csail.mit.edu/vision/vip/watson/index.htm>, in MATLAB , so that I can use its specific application of Head pose recognition to implement in my project of Wheel Chair Steering using Head Gesture Recognition. Please help, how I can do this.

Possibly write a wrapper to interface functions the load the library using LibLoad(). There are a few operations you can do to work with it listed in the MATLAB Help.
