Hoe to use BRAT Dataset? It is in .nii format. I want to store it in .mat files. How to do it?

[V info]=ReadData3D(file .nii);
After this V has 256*256*155 matrix.
How to read the image?

I think it likely that you have already read the images. .nii files often have multiple slices stored in the same file. Your slices are V(:,:,1), V(:,:,2), V(:,:,3) and so on.
If you have R2017a or later, you could view them using
volumeViewer(V)

Thank you for your answer. But i am having BRAT dataset. I have read the .nii file and stored it in [V info]. V(240*240*155). When i am going for V(:,:,1)=a, all the element of a is having value 0. I have done volumeViewer(V). But it is showing only black image.Can you please tell me how can i get the slides to further process it or how can i store it in .mat file?
