How to log data in real time? GPIB connection with Instrument Control Toolbox

Hi, I am a beginner and had a question. I am communicating through a GPIB connection with an instrument that reads out a temperature. I am using the Instrument Control Box. I have attached images of the code output. In the toolbox I put in a command SDAT which outputs the temperature value. I would like to log the temperature data vs. time (in real time) and have an updating plot. Does anyone have an advice on how to log data in real time? I search the MATLAB Answers but was unable to find something similar.
