Solving a symbolic variable matrix

Hello, I have just begun to code n symbolic language in MATLAB and I am really stuck at the following problem. Any help would be deeply appreciated.
My code is as follows:
R= sym('R',[3 3])
R_bar= R([1 2], [1 2])
syms alpha_bar
a_bar= [1;alpha_bar]
A= sym(R_bar*a_bar)
syms E_a_b
u_bar= [1; 0]
Z= sym(E_a_b*u_bar)
C= sym(A==Z)
I want to solve for C and get the values of alpha_bar and E_a_b. I have R= [1 1 0;1 3 2; 0 2 3].
How should one proceed and be able to solve for alpha_bar and E_a_b.
Thank you.

[alpha_bar_, E_a_b_] = solve(A==Z,[alpha_bar,E_a_b])
