I am a novice at Matlab and highly interested in learning more about Matlab. I would like to graph y=211.49-20.96 cosh 0.03291765x. Any advice would be very grateful. Thanks for your time and understanding.

The following is a simple example to plot your equation.
x = linspace(-10,10);
y = 211.49-20.96*cosh(0.03291765*x);
figure
plot(x,y)
