Hello, Everyone, I have Fundus Retinal image database and I want to extract the only macula which is a central point of retina anybody knows how to detect and how to calculate the thickness value of macula. please provide me a Matlab code if you have. Help me, please.

Hi Chetan, as Adam stated above, it's doubtful that you'll get what you're requesting here. In fact, people are paid high salaries to do what you're asking :) Your solution will likely involve image analysis to locate the macula (assuming you have too many images to do it by hand). Depending on what type of images you have, you should search for papers on how to use those images to calculate thickness or degeneration. For example, if your images are OCT or the Fourier domain OCT , spectral domain OCT , those resources might help. There are LOTS more out there.
You might strike gold by finding publicly available code since many journals requires sharing it but you'll need to step through it and make sure it's doing what you think it's doing. Whether you write it yourself or study someone else's, expect a time consuming endeavor where you'll learn a lot!
