is there a way auto save/recall different desktop layouts for different projects using the same matlab rev?

I typically work on many different projects simultaneously using the same matlab revision. Each time I close matlab it saves the desktop layout (unique collection of files being edited) I was using for current project I was working on. For example, it remembers I was editing the files for ProjectA. When I start matlab to work on ProjectB, it opens all the files for ProjectA because that was the last project I worked on. Instead, I would like it to open ProjectB files when my startup.m file is in FolderB and open ProjectA files when my startup.m file is in FolderA. Does anyone know how to do that?
