I need help for coding or writing Active Appearance Model (AAM) for chest radiography images?

Hello! I am working a MSc thesis entitled with 'Automatic Thorax Reference Model Using Active Appearance Models'. I have three public chest radiographs datasets. I'm very new in MATLAB, so I need help for coding or writing AAM Active Appearance Model? Your ready-made code is difficult for me.  Thank you!

It is always worth it to learn the tool you're working with. Nobody ever said getting a MSc degree would be easy. As you haven't asked a specific question, I can only give you the advice of doing a tutorial (like e.g. this one) and to have a read here (and here).

In the column to the right under ‘Entire Website’ are 3 links to File Exchange contributions for Active Appearance Models.
