I am using 1264x1984 rgb frames.When i want to see workspace then "Cannot display summaries of variables with more than 524288 elements" this is shown. How to resolve above problem in matlab?

You could create a temporary variable
temp = sub_tracted_frame(1:333, 1:523, 1:3);
and examine that. It would have the same aspect ratio. But it would just be a big numeric list of values; it is not clear there is any point to looking at all of it.

You cannot resolve that problem with any current release of MATLAB.
You could suggest a technical enhancement. Other people have suggested the same enhancement over the years, so it might not be implemented any time soon.

You might find it easier to just write a short summarizing routine that you invoke on the variable.
