Save ROI files or save XY coordinates to .TXT file

Hi All,

I have a circular image from which I am extracting inner surface(Draw a ROI), I want to save the XY coordinates of the extracted image (ROI). ROI is yellow line. how I can save XY coordinates in TXT file or can I save this ROI file as .ROI file to open it using IMAGEJ software.

Please suggest me how I can save or create roi file from this ROI.

So what you want to extract are the coordinates of the yellow line, right?

How do you draw that line in the first place? Didn't you already have these coordinates to draw it?

Actually I am getting this line by converting the image into polar coordinate and then change it into circular coordinate. I want to get the line coordinates into txt file. and also I want to change the position of line (correction of line) manually if it is possible

I can't really visualise what the actual process is that you use to convert the image into polar coordinate and then change it into circular coordinate, so it would be useful if you shared the code.

With the information you've given so far, all we can see is an image on which you have drawn a yellow line. Since, you have drawn that line, at some you must have known the locations of the points, so it's really not clear why you can't use that information you already have.

Sir,Thanks For you comments I have save the data from yellow line into a text file.

one thing more I want to implement is that I am calculating the inner boundary of circular shapes like you see yellow line in upper image. if the boundary is miss calculated can I correct it manually by mouse? I don't know how I can implement this to correct the yellow line manually? like I have draw a example

the yellow line should be on inner boundary but my code calculated it wrong. I want to write a script that enables me to manually correct this error . can you guide me how I can edit this yellow line in image manually
