File manipulation while at parallel computing in optimization

Hello,

I want to use Matlab multi-objects GA optimization under parallel computing to get the minimum value. However, because my fitness function need read and write files in my folder. Therefore, while at parallel computing, there is a confliction between different cores. How can I solve this problem. Thanks!
