Ok, I found out I will use a different software program for the geometry, then export it as stl.file and import it into matlab. But how do I specify boundary conditions where some are water (bottom) and rest is glass in the bottle?

As the title says, I want to perform modal analyses of a bottle to calculate its resonant frequencies at different water levels.
I have read the basics of the PDE toolbox, which I have installed.
First of all, I need to make a geometry model of the bottle with varying levels of water. However, this can´t be done entirely in matlab? Will I need CAD software to do the geometry, and then import it in Matlab?
