selected points should be specified by related plane (existing normals) and stored in a matrix ?

Hi ,currently i have a lot of cloud of points in 3d space ,i have already generate four planes with normals (1 0 0),like principle normals.That are fits with cloud of points , I wants to select points randomly but how can i store respective plane information in a matrix?
