x=[1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9];
y=[1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9];
hold on
% scatter(x,y,'X')
% line(x,y)
% plot(x,y,'-o')
plot(x,y,'-o','MarkerSize',10,...
'MarkerEdgeColor','red',...
'MarkerFaceColor',[1 .6 .6])
I want to see the real time ploting(meaning pop-up figure window and see while ploting)

Hi Mekala,
Alternatevely, you can run the follow code:
x = [1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9];
y = [1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9];
figure;
hold on;
axis([min(x) max(x) min(y) max(y)]);
X = [];
Y = [];
for i=1:length(x)
X = [X x(i)];
Y = [Y y(i)];
plot(X,Y,'-o','MarkerSize',10,...
'MarkerEdgeColor','red',...
'MarkerFaceColor',[1 .6 .6]);
pause(.1);
end
