How to plot???

Can any one explain me how to plot the graph i have given below with an example

I suggest you take a look at the MATLAB Plot Gallery to find something similar, and use that as a starting point. It looks like you could do everything there using the plot command.

If you don't really know anything about plotting in MATLAB, then we can't really teach you everything here. The video on that page I linked would be a decent starting point.
