Simulink S-function PID controller implementation

Hello all,
I have a discrete PID controller implementation in C language and I would like
to analyze its behavior in various modes of operation. I have decided to use
the Simulink S-function for that purpose. Can anybody direct me to some tutorial
describing how to implement such discrete dynamic system in S-function?
