Command for setting MATLAB font preferences

2 views (last 30 days)
Hello,
I can change the IDE fonts using MATLAB font preferences from the Home/Preferences. However, can I change the font sitzes also with a command? I want to switch easy between big fonts (for working with a projector in a lecture room) and small fonts in my office.
Does anyone know how to do this?
Michael

Depending on which release you're using, use the settings function. In particular, you can set a TemporaryValue or PersonalValue for the codefont setting as shown here.
s = settings;
s.matlab.fonts.codefont.Size.PersonalValue = 20;
s.matlab.fonts.codefont.Size.clearPersonalValue;

Thank you Steven, that works well for the font of the command windows as well as for the editor.
How about changing the fonts of the Current folder or the Workspace area?
