Undefined function 'niftiread'

I run the matlab function in Termianl which contains the "nitifread", but it failed and showed that "Undefined function 'niftiread' for input arguments of type 'char'."
Here is my matlab function and error warning.

niftiread is a function from the Image Processing Toolbox. Do you have that toolbox installed and licensed?

I have Image Processing Toolbox installed and licensed, but I still get this problem. I didn't have such a problem before.

Which MATLAB version are you using? niftiread() was introduced in R2017b
According to its documentation page niftiread was introduced in Image Processing Toolbox in release R2017b. Are you using an earlier release than that? If you're not sure, check the output of version.

rehash toolboxcache
restoredefaultpath
savepath
