How to apply ICA for a dermoscopic image in matlab

Actually i want to do a project on skin cancer detction with an application of BCC.How to apply ICA for a dermoscopic image in matlab for separation of 2 pigments i.e, melanin and haemoglobin?
please help me in this.....
