Thanks for the help.
this problem is buging in my head. I have not been able to perform it.
I would like to calculate a radial avergare of a selected region and then move radially. since it is a circle the tolerance of the regiond of interest is between n pixels radially.
Pfc=Point from center
h= heigth of the region to be averaged.
w = width of the region
so, basically, once the values are obtained within region of interest fill the pixel with that information, keep going until done in that direction N direction and the increase in M radially to obtain the averga of the next region.
