want to convert geocentric latitude, longitude and field(nanoTesla) to geodetic latitude, longitude and field(nanoTesla)

latitude longitude X Y Z
50.99 99.90 15716.6 -324.5 44584.9
50.98 99.91 15717.3 -324.5 44584.3
50.97 99.90 15718.0 -324.5 44583.7
the given data above is the satellite data given in the geocentric coordinate system so i wanted my whole data including latitude, longitude, and field(X,Y,Z) to converted into the geodetic(earth reference frame) coordinate system .where X,Y,Z are the field in nanoTesla in X,Y,Z direction.

it will be but X,Y,Z are not axis in m,these are the field representation in nanoTesla in three different coordinates(X,Y,Z) so field will be changing with respective to geodetic coordinate

I found this image on the internet. Can you explain/show more what are youtr trying to calculate
Im not familiar with geodetic/geocentric system
