FWHM and area under curve calculations

objective: 1.calculation of FWHM for multiple pulses in a single waveform

2.calculation of the area present under each pulse in data waveform containing multiple pulses

(without using any toolbox in matlab) using generalised logical statements.

I want to calculate:

1. the rise time, fall time of all the pulses in the voltage waveform I have attached in the earlier question
2. Calculate the FWHM and area under each pulse for all the pulses in the dose waveform attached in this Question

then integrate it to automatedly do the analysis and store values in a new excel sheets

i had used this sort of code as attached for automation of reading of excel sheet , calculating values and producing results in new excel sheets automaticaly ...but now i want it to be generic , as i donot have access to the any toolbox of matlab .

you may try using any of your excel data as data with me is to big
