Delay to start .exe file generated with Matlab compiler

Good morning

I use matlab compiler to produce .exe file and deployed matlab applications.

The .exe file do not start immediatly after the clic on the file. There is a long (or very long delay) before the applicatioon to start.

The delay is much lionger for the first use of the stand alone application (up to 10 minutes)

For the second starting on the same machine the delay is reduced to 30 seconds to 1 minute. (more acceptable).

After that application operates normaly. (and it is quite good...)

The problem is that users don't wait the time of starting and claims for bug.

The problem apears on windows 7 (pro) and on windows 10 familly machine. It does not depend of the "size" / "comlplexity" of the matlab application. A very simple application can demand the same delay.

Note that if the "console option" is validated during code generation, The console black windows apears at the begening of the starting process but with not any matlab message. After a delay from 1 to 10 minutes the programms starts...and after it is ok. (messages apears normaly on the console windows)

I imagine it is a problem with windows or antivirus software or network or ???

I need help for this subject.
