Why when i activate matlab 2012b on my computer, the toolboxes are not take into account ?

I can't re-activate the signal processing and optimization toolboxes on my computer. Only the main MATLAB sofware is take into account. On this computer i use the 2012b version. Licience number: 267783. Thanks for your help.

You should probably contact customer support. Select the Customer Service option (product activation).
