I'm working on a simulink model. As a part of the model i want to add a delay of 0.08 to my sign(t) functioni.e i want a output ofthe form sign(t-0.08). But the delay block supports only whole numbers. Any one suggest me how to do this

In that case, the transfer function or lti approach I linked to would be appropriate.
Delay blocks are for discrete signals, which is why they only accept whole numbers.
