Hello everyone, I want to segment out my region with the same colours based on 5 definition. I have written the code and now have this picture that I have attached here. Based on different colours (-250 to 250), I want to segment out the pixels and then connect them and map them out (make a 3D shape from each colour). can anyone help me regarding that please?
Thanks in advance
Regards
Fatemeh

Hi,
Based on my understanding, i think you can use frame to pixel block under Computer Vision toolbox. The input attached will serve as the input to the block which will be converted finaly to vector of pixels.
Once you have all the pixel values available, you can take that file to matlab workspace, and then keep on comparing indexes and reporting the same ones.
Hope it helps !
