How can I interface Matlab to ILOG CPLEX in order to solve an MILP optimization problem?

How can I interface Matlab to ILOG CPLEX in order to solve an MILP optimization problem? Somebody should please explain to me how to do this. Is there any tutorial that explains how to do it?

I have same problem while dealing with UNIT COMMITMENT SOLUTION .If you are in same way ,let our hands put together to get clarification over this problem.thank you.
