I have a 44 x 44 x 88 array of values representing temperature in 3d dimensional space. How can I plot this to visualise it. Ive been told to use the slice command but I can't figure out how to put in the right parameters.

In slice command, you need to specify the locations on x, y and z axis at which you want to plot the plane. For example
M; % 44 x 44 x 88 array
slice(M, [1 15 40 44], [4 20 40], [30 50 80])
In this line, the values are just an example. You can choose any value along that dimension such that it is less than the size of array.
