How do I link an program written in MATLAB with a simulink model developed in ETAP software?

An optimization program was written in MATLAB editor. It was linked with a model developed in MATLAB simulink using 'sim' commanan d. If the same model is developed in ETAP software, how the program can be linked and it can be run to get the optimized results?
