i want to plot a graph:
y axis: (0.00062539 - 1.000625*((Ri^2)/(R^2)))
x-axis: R/Ri.
Ri is constant and R is a variable.

Try this:
Ri = 1; % Whatever.
R = linspace(-0.0000000010, 0.0000000010, 2000) / Ri; % Whatever range you want.
y = 0.00062539 - 1.000625*(Ri^2 ./ R.^2);
plot(R, y, 'b-', 'LineWidth', 2);
grid on;
title('y = 0.00062539 - 1.000625*(Ri^2 ./ R.^2)', 'FontSize', 20);
xlabel('R/Ri', 'FontSize', 20);
ylabel('y', 'FontSize', 20);
