Non linear mixed effect analysis - multiple predictor variables

3 views (last 30 days)
Hi all,
could somebody help me out? I'm trying to use the nlmefit function with multiple predictor variables, but that doesn't seem to work.
This is my case: multiple (predictor) variables, Xi, were measured as function of time for a number of depths (change in sediment concentration along the depth and as function of time). The same was done for the variable I want to predict, Y:
Y(t,d) and Xi(t,d)
The measurements are discontinuous and the depths and times chosen are equal for all measurements. I’m now looking for a non linear multilevel fit: Y(t,d,Xi(t,d)), but I have no idea how to make it work.
I don’t find examples were multiple predictor variables are being used. If anybody would have such an example I would be very pleased!
Thanks,
Koen

Hey,
Did you ever figure out how to use multiple predictors? I seem to be ahving the same problem as you are.
