Extrapolation of different dimension vectors

Is there anyway to extrapolate two column vectors of data wich have different dimensions?

I have attached my data MD and Depth.

I want to extrapolate MD at Depth with spacing of 0.1524

I used interp1(MD,Depth, Depth(1):0.1524:Depth(end),'pchip','extrap')

but I didn't get answer.
