R2013a 64 Bit + Stateflow + Simulink + MinGW + Gnumex = working?

Hi,
I wonder if I can use the combination of mentioned programs under Windows 7 64Bit?
Does Stateflow work? I have serious problems installing the Win 7 SDK...

SDK 7.1 is easy to install if you are aware of a few Microsoft bugs:

Even if you get something not supported working, you can run into issues down the road as you build up the model. If you are working with a team, this gets even worse much more quickly.
