How can I update a GUI's axes with a plot from my Simulink model as it is running by using a Execution Event Listener?

I have a Simulink model and I would like to display a plot in my GUI's axes.
I 've achieved that to update a GUI with values from my Simulink model as it is running by using a Execution Event Listener.
Can someone upload relevant model and GUI?
