i want to make an subsystem on or off depend on the condition

Respected sir/mam i am working on an vertical handover project so for this i want an one system to be on and off is that be possible in simulink if yes then how can it be possible and i want to make one subsystem on and other off at the same time

You can use Enabled Subsystems or maybe Triggered Subsystems
