Can I use Arduino and Simulink for Robotic Arm Control?

I want make a robotic arm with 4 dgof implemented kinematics and inverse kinematics.

It depends if the controller you design will fit on the arduino. Fundamentally, you can squeeze a couple PID controllers on an arduino to control the arm. You could use an example like this as a baseline.
The question becomes, how complex is your controller? Do you require signal filtering?

Yes, i have saw this example before, but i want to make my project with modern control theory using space state and after, implement, kinematics and inverse kinematics.
