hi,
I am gonna start my Research, I am interested in Image Processing, My background is that I have done some work in Opencv for object Tracking, and implmented that code in Hardware, Now As I am supposed to do research, Design or develop New Algos, Please Suggest me Which Of them is good and Easy to Grab in less time.
Thanks

This question makes no sense. You might as well ask "I'm going to the market, so tell me if I should buy an apple or a peach." Both of them are good and easy to grab, just like for your question. Why don't you upload the images you're working with and tell us what you want to do with them, like you want to make a quantitative measurement of something in them, or you just want to make them look "better"?

@Image Analyst, I ask This Question Because I was Working on an algorithm of Image Segmentaion, Somebody given me Idea that do Like This, that was something like new thing based on thresholding of Images, Infact I am working on brain Tumor Extraction, but results are so bad that I am So dishearted therefore thinking of change area. I can show you what was My Original Image and What I got please see the both Images http://snag.gy/zap6e.jpg and the result I think you can Imaging that what I did http://snag.gy/HKIuE.jpg can you get me a Solution for this.

If you are to design or develop a new algorithm, then it does not exist yet, so we cannot tell you whether it is good or easy.
If you are to research a new algorithm, then you need to give a time frame for how recent "new" can be. If I released an algorithm at 20:17 last night, you would probably consider it new, but if I had released it a week earlier than that, would it still be "new"? A month earlier? A decade earlier? On the scale of the Universe, everything that has happened since mammals started evolving is "new".

@Walter Roberson,@Image Analyst, you Are Right, I need to figure out my ways to in which I am comfortable. Everything Is new for you if you don't know So just Learning of things more and more Practice makes you good researcher I realize It. Thank you @Walter for Precious Advise.
