Generating equation in ANN

Hi. I have 5 input values with 33 data per input value. And I have 1 output value with 33 data in the output value. Basically my input is 5x33 and my output is 1x33. I am using the nnstart as a means to train my data. I would like to ask if how can I generate an equation for the output value with the input values as the variables? I can't seem to find an option in the nnstart after I train my data. Thank you so much.

The equation for fitnet is
y = b2 + LW*tanh(b1+IW*x);
where
b1 = net.b{1};
b2 = net.b{2};
IW = net.IW{1,1};
LW = net.LW{2,1};
