Ask the user to enter a positive integer. Calculate the floor of the inputted value's square root(so basically calculate the closest integer value equal to, or less than, its square root) output the result.

this is for c++ programming not matlab.

Sorry, but this is not the place to ask questions about C++ programming. So why would you specifically ask that question on a place dedicated to MATLAB?
