Tutorial on Importing C code into Simulink with Visual C++ Express 2010

Regarding the webinar whos subject is "Importing C code into Simulink 2003-Mar-13". Is there a recent set of documents that pertain to MS Visual C++ Express 2010 and 64-bit platforms?

The webinar is informative if I had these outdated applications. I need help (tutorial) with utilizing Matlab 2011a and Visual C++ Express 2010. It has been many years since I had exposure to any C++ development tool.
