With this toolbox you can import xfig figures, you can modify them or make new pictures in MATLAB using the included matlab-paint program.

Then, most important of all, you can convert almost any 2D MATLAB-figure to the LaTeX eepic format.

You can convert matrices in MATLAB to LaTeX tables or to mathmode arrays/matrices.
