Nonparaxial propagation of radially polarized beam diffracted by an annular aperture
Based on the vectorial Rayleigh diffraction integral, the analytical expressions for the electromagnetic fields of radially polarized Laguerre-Gaussian beams after diffraction at an annular aperture are derived.
