A simple interpolation function to load .nc data and interpolate mean dynamic topography described in the Andersen and Knudsen (2009) paper cited below. Download the 1 min resolution .nc data from here: ftp://ftp.spacecenter.dk/pub/DTU10/1_MIN/DTU10MDT_1min.nc then you can use the interpolation function.
